3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have attended this school for almost 4 years and my experience here has been mostly great! Ever since the pandemic occurred many great changes have been made to the school. There are plenty more clubs to join like cheerleading or track. More rigorous courses like AP or Honors have been added. The teachers have also helped out more in the courses. Many of the students here are great (if you hang around the right people). School counselors have helped many of us with our college applications, they even helped me get into many cal states and universities of California. I won’t act like there aren’t any negatives to this school because there are. Many fights do happen at this school, but since the pandemic, the number of fights have been lowered. When I was a freshmen almost one fight would occur each week! In the past 3 years only one fight would occur each month. Some teachers also don’t teach as much as they should in the harder courses. For example, my AP psychology teacher would almost never teach us anything, and when we had the exam almost everyone failed it. The school lunches here could also be a hit or a miss, but they are free. When you count the negatives and the positives, the positives outnumber the negatives. You can join many fun clubs and the rigorous courses can help you stand out in college applications. The teachers here are mostly great and so are the counselors. Once I graduate next month I can proudly say that I was an APACHE!Student Review11mo ago - Martin Luther King Elementary School
