Are you looking for a private setting in the foothills with spectacular views AND easy access?Look no further! This adorable home sits a paved road with almost 13 acres in the lower foothills & approx. 15 minutes to the city. The land is steep, so it's not ideal for horses. The outside of the home has new paint & lots of character, especially with the rock & large covered patio overlooking mountain views. The inside features a large LR that boasts a vaulted ceiling, windows to the views & a full rock wall w/a FP. Some of the beams in the home were from the Old China Peak Ski Lift. The flooring is original, but in decent condition. The kitchen is original but very functional & has a huge dining area.

"They would like it. People are often out walking their dogs along with their kids. There’s dog parks, stores with training, and supplies that are really close to each other. This seems to be a dog friendly area. Only one neighbor whose dog is either crying or howling in terrible hours of the night at times and that is annoying for sure!"

"There are really no community events that happen around where I live but it’s nice and quiet and a safe place to live I feel and there seems to be no crime and schools are close and it’s far away from the actual city to make it comfortable but in all I think Clovis is a nice place to live but the cost of living is almost ridiculous around here "

"I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
