The property has two outside smart security cameras with two-way feature audio that function at all times, overlooking the front door entrance and back door area. The cameras are solely for outdoor security when the condo is vacant.

The rate does not include a one-time cleaning fee.

There is ONE designated parking space; with plenty of parking for guests.
