    "If you are near MSJ Hospital it is a nice area. There are dirty, lower grade parts up near El Camino Ave on Fair Oaks. After that it is nice again all along California Ave. Big Houses. River Spots. Lots of options for schools and stores. :)"

I can walk my dog to the neighborhood and the walkways have enough light. only the road are old and most parts needed to be repair. over all I like this area because of security and closeness to the grocery stores.
