Continue into the family room and kitchen open concept space and admire stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island and half bathroom. Wood laminate, built-ins and other designer details create a light and bright seaside living escape. The main house is prewired with data ports and entertainment wiring throughout. Upstairs is a generously sized primary bedroom complemented by a primary bath suite with dual vanity sinks, large soaking tub, and separate shower. There is also a spacious walk-in closet with custom built-in features. A Jack-n-Jill bathroom connect two more of the bedrooms. And the fourth bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The two-car garage features an epoxy finished floor with an abundance of custom cabinetry, shelving, storage and awork bench. The main house also has central AC which was installed just three years ago. The fabulous entertainer’s backyard is large and private. Plenty of opportunity for your entertaining needs including dedicated RV/boat parking, built in gas fire pit with seating, custom built BBQ island with pergola, large grass area and a welcoming hybrid patio with a pergola cover. "Hopefully as a dog owner, respecting to not have your animals going on other neighbors property. However there are often times it can’t be helped, so always pick up your dogs deposits. There are a lot of people who walk their dogs and it is a very pet friendly area. "

"Pickleball at St Michaels Episcopal church where the spirit of a community and inclusion make every game a treat. There are good players at every level and the paddle wheel makes it easy to work in the flow of games. If you like making friends, stick around for an evening bbq with a great group of people. The Carlsbad Music Festival centers at St Michaels and brings many music lovers into the center of the community. They also sponsor a Wine Festival in October that seems like a special occasion."
