"This area is mostly second home and vacation rentals. The village and shopping are less than five miles away, but Mammoth bought the ski and golf course. Rumor has it that golf course a block and a half away may soon become a village of it;s own. With dining, shopping, hotels and bars. The zoo will be moving as soon as they raise enough funds and will be three to four blocks from the entrance! Property values in this area should go up with the new developments."
