"This neighborhood is average. I would rate it good but the annoying people that live here play loud music. This neighborhood is pet friendly if you have your pet behind fences. There is lots of lose animals and I am waiting for someone who cant take it to call Animal Control. The streets are safe to walk on. There are no restaurants. Jefferson Park is clean and nice its very nice there. There are 2 schools in the neighborhood College Heights and Jefferson. Those are nice elementary schools but then we have the bad schools. I heard lots of bad things about Steirn and East High School is really bad. Steirn middle school and East High school are bad but their is a bus stop for a very nice school named Highland. There is no traffic here. You can find parking anywhere. There is no entertainment and at night their are some people in the neighborhood that will annoy you. There are a few GET bus stops. The community doesn't get involved. This neighborhood is very very dirty. There is a huge pile of trash near pearl street which made me mad that not many people of the community care about the environment. Overall this neighborhood is a poor place to live. The neighborhood people don't get involved as much they just make this neighborhood look like trash by throwing trash everywhere."
