    "It’s dangerous and super sketch . No parking EVER ! Your car could be stollen from your driveway so don’t even pull in leave it running while you go inside to grab something . Homeless population digs through trash so shred everything . Neighbors are very loud and disrespectful across the board . It’s not unusual to have noise from a party well until 1/2 am . Cars typically double park or park in a fashion where you can not exit your own driveway. "

    "The Colony is a new development in the historic district of Anaheim. Close to everything, The Colony offers some of the most affordable new construction in all of Orange County. The community features two beautiful poos and a park (my kids LOVE) with water features, a historic reference to the area and an open grass area. This is a must see community in Anaheim."
