    "Way too many renters in this neighborhood. It looks nice until you move in and realize it is loud, there are a lot of teenagers in the area - saw beer bottles on a front lawn. Too bad. There have been thefts in the area, one neighbor told me that their car was egged 3 times. Don't think I need to say more."
