The principal shows favoritism towards new teachers who want to succeed, and especially if you are not the same race. "Easy commute freeway close. Close to stores and a short 20 minutes to downtown. The foothills has always been a desired area to live rents are a little higher than downtown because it is a nicer area to live in . Tons of snowbirds in the winter but that’s anywhere in Yuma "

"my neighborhood is alright if you're on the straight and narrow. I'm sure if a person were using or selling illegal drugs in my neighborhood then it'd cause you a lot of drama. I'm pretty sure there's at least one on every block. I have been clean for years but it makes me cringe when I see someone who looks messed up. it's like I want better for the person. other than all of that, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood."
