    "No hoa to say how we can or cannot choose to live. Tucson is inherently a cultured city that embraces the harsh elements in its decor, lifestyles, and state of mind; when hoa's, consisting of out of state investors, begin to gentrify, we lose our sense of home. Rusted out classic cars with cacti growing out of them, oil drum decor, and brightly colored homes should never be governed because that is what makes this our home. Palo Verde, like many others holding on tight, embraces that mantra."

    "It literally has Palo Verde trees everywhere. Nice unique housing, not so cookie cutter. Easily accessible. "

    "I lived at 1160-1 N richey for 2 years. The neighboorhood had a lot of sketchy people in the area, and my place was burglarized twice. For which is the reason I moved away to California for more safety! My neighbors were very nice and friendly, but the area just has way too much crime there. Several of my neighbors had been robbed also, it seems that there is a crime ring that sweeps through the area ever so often. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into this area, save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else!"
