N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI believe this school does try to be better academically, but do to parent/teacher communication it fails to do so. If the parent doesnt know their child is failing and the teacher fails to notify them then the parent wont take action until its to late in the year. I'am also constantly worried about my childs safety. My oldest son requires special ed and their special ed program is not good at all. My son had been attending this school for 3 months now and still hasn't received the proper equipment needed to help him during class. Actually the Special Ed program is hurting him right now rather then helping him. They are constantly pulling him out of class at the most vital times of the lesson. The Front desk staff r very rude. There is hardly any structure. Overall I will be happy to leaving.Parent Review14y ago - Indian Oasis Intermediate Elementary School

"I work by the university and there is no freeway so it takes about 35 minutes to get to midtown. Tucson is only about 12 minutes and downtown about 30 all because of surface streets with lights that can really slow you down. "

"My particular neighborhood in Oro Valley is not kid friendly because it’s mostly retirees. There aren’t sidewalks and riding bikes in la reserve us kind of tough for a kid because of the hills. Much better areas of Oro Valley for families. "
