The application is priced at $35 (non-refundable for background, credit, and criminal check) and $250 administrative fees for a four-bedroom (refundable that reserves the apartment for two weeks).

Before you give us a call or submit an application, please review the rental criteria stated below:

1) We require that you make 2.5 times the monthly rent in gross income. Does that sound reasonable?

2) We prefer you have an average credit score, if that is not the case, you can apply with a co-signer or an additional deposit may be required. Do you have an average credit score?

3) Felonies and/or misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Are you okay with us conducting a background check or is there anything we should know?

4) We review rental history, to see if you have any outstanding charges and/or evictions within the last five years. Do you have any history with landlords, etc?

5) If you have pet(s), a $150 non-refundable fee for small pets, or a $250 non-refundable fee for larger pets will be charged. Do you own pets and are okay with paying the fee?
