One bedroom, one bath detached guest house with backyard, off-street parking. If you choose furnished: Waldorf Astoria queen bed and couch that is great for guests.

To name a few upgrades: solar lights, built in speakers in every room (including the shower), all tile flooring, tall ceilings, attic fan, smart switches, washer/dryer in unit, tankless water heater, whole-home water filtration system and built-in wifi point.

Finished building this about a year ago and put a lot of work into myself, so finding the right tenant is more important than usual.

Note: there's a main home on this property which is rented separately... the tenants there are great, they have one very chill dog; backyard spaces are separated pretty well.

UTILITIES: All in my name, no need to set any up, spilt between main house accordingly each month and auto debited from your account on the 20th.

No application or credit check fees (there's a background / credit check, but I pay for it).
AT LEASE SIGNING... i. $1,500 security deposit (100% refundable at move-out), and ii. $250 non-refundable move-out deep cleaning fee. There are no other fees or move-in costs.
