Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave. I would leave earlier i taking northern or Glendale east/west in the morning its a busy street for commuting."

    "The neighborhood is central to most venues, restaurants, shops and recreational locations. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will get me anywhere I want to go. Traffic isn’t terrible on a weekday. Using the 1-17 can cause some delay due to the traffic during rush hour."
