"The public transportation can have sketchy individuals around it and on the busses. I would not go alone especially at night people sleeping at bus stops which makes it feel very unsafe. Also traffic is getting worse and cars do not stop for people in crosswalks a-lot."

"Nothing. It is like almost every other neighborhood in North Phoenix. Rows of houses, lots of traffic, grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, and retail stores."

"People walk their dogs regularly and they are always friendly. Sadly they don’t always pick up after them but more do than don’t."

"Super close to multiple major freeways! Nice area that’s well maintained and there’s really no where that I’ve been to around here where I felt unsafe, it’s pretty mellow and low key."

"Nicest area in AZ, great access to shops and things. Love it here. All the sunshine with less of the crazy of CA. Very close to several malls and lots of employment in the area."

"It's close to work. Easy access to 101 and i-17. No grocery stores are close- There seems to be an unusually large amount of transients and drug use in the area "

"I live between two relatively quiet people. We all keep an eye on each other's houses and wave and say hi. Most people have dogs and there are a few families with kids. "

"I live in this neighborhood and its quiet and clean. The HOA fees are reasonable and the community association takes care of problems quickly. The pool is great for kids and hot tub just as nice for adults. An excellent safe community."

"This neighborhood is tucked away at the base of a modest mountain ridge. It is conveniently remote and delightfully in the area of flight path for small propeller planes. I have seen coyote, snakes and javelina on perimeter trail. "
