4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagehi, i used to be a student at this school during 2017-2022. i've moved back to the philippines, but i wanna share my experience with this school.my family chose this school for me since it was the closest, and when i first came to this school it was alright for me. but as the years come, the school started falling apart. i know me and the other previous students at this school have a different experience, but i am a person of color and i know there are alot of kids that are poc but i've experienced so many racism in this school that it's crazy. during 2021, i told my grandparents that there were kids that were saying racism stuff towards me. my grandparents obviously told the staff, but the staff did almost or literally nothing at all. only the vice principal actually cared.also, most of the kids here are so rude,, even the teachers too. this is just half of the stuff that happened to me at this school, but i'd rather not say them (if it's okay). but please, do not send your child to this school PLEASE. listen to the other reviews especially from the previous students from this school.Other Review8mo ago - North Canyon High School

Even with the Covid 19 Pandemic, these teachers and principal and office staff and counselors have been communicative and accessible. Teachers offered extra tutoring opportunities and we’re understanding. I have been impressed. After attending 15+ schools, she will be graduating this May. I cannot thank Mr. Luna, Ms. Seitzberg, Mr. Regan, Ms. Leto, Ms. Sedor, Mr. Adams, Mr. Skowron, Bethany Reynolds and Principal Molzhon enough. You are amazing. "we have potlucks and community gatherings for things like Easter and Halloween. everyone brings their candy and we out it all in the bowls on the table and have a potluck and just sit around by the fire at the end of cul-de-sac and streets. "

"Wide range of family demographics. Mix of young families, retirees, etc. No park in the square mile (used to be you'd go to the school, but laws have changed and it's kept locked up except for official school use. Yard sizes allow for there to be places for kids to play at home. Also, there are parks within 1-3 miles from this neighborhood, but none within walking distance."

"This community is absolutely the definition of a dog friendly community! There are several parks, as well as trails for hiking nearby, and dog parks. I’d say that about 85% of people I see walking in the park and around the community, have dogs. "

"It’s hot. Not many people are out and about. Plenty of pools in backyards. Some neighbors are a little uppity, but it’s ok. The home owners association is very strict. Very nice trails to hike in the backYard. We used to race rc cars."

"I don't hear about alot of burglaries in that neighborhood. I think it's because several people have cameras, like Ring at their homes. Seems to feel a little safer knowing that if there was any mischief, the people could be easily identified."
