This information has been provided by the Rhino website and does not reflect Alter Property Management:

Rhino Security Deposit Insurance product replaces cash security deposits with smart, affordable insurance so renters can maintain control of their cash. Instead of a large upfront cash security deposit, renters pay Rhino a small monthly fee, and Rhino insures the home for the property owner in case of damages or unpaid rent that might occur.

Rhino automatically deducts a small monthly payment thats significantly less than a security deposit, which is usually upwards of thousands of dollars.

"I lived in Maryvale when I was a child until I was 10 years old. Do you know what makes this neighborhood new unique is that there is a plethora of ethnicity. There is a multitude of restaurants to choose from and there is always small little shops that you have never been to before the visit. There are plenty of convenience stores, easy access to the interstate in gas stations. There is a large mall not far away."
