    "No sidewalks to walk on...you have to walk in the street. Dog-friendly neighborhood and lots of familiars dog owners. Because of the wildlife, you must go out with your small dogs, you can’t leave them out alone. "

Great for families coming up on weekends and holidays, and retirees looking to live. Only downside is that Payson doesn't have fine dining or other entertainment of larger more urban community. But that's not why people live here."

Self employed, retired, singles asn commuters can have a very comfortable life here though expansion during the 90s did raise the prperty values higher than most starting couples can afford without good employ. Excellent schoold despite rural location, good police canvassing, Sheriffs dept is top notch. Certain outlying areas do have to have concern for seasonal fires and should invest in insurance..flooding in creek areas ocasionally."
