"Garden Lakes community holds many events at their community park such as food truck Fridays, movies in the park, sport Saturdays, fishing derby, 4th of July parade and celebration! Well kept community with minimal street parking and routine patrolling by Avondale’s finest. Very happy here!!"

"Garden Lakes is one of the only communities that is centered around a lake, They have great walking paths all around the neighborhood. I would take my kids on bike rides and stroller rides every day. Safe neighborhood. You can't go wrong.."

"Exclusive area within Garden Lakes. Has a community pool, and front yard landscaping and maintenance provided by the HOA. Beautiful mature trees and lush landscaping. Neighborhood block watch. Very safe and quiet. People always out walking their dogs or exercising. Beautiful lakes and fountains."
