Lease term is 12 months minimum(ask about 13th month free)....Tenant will be responsible for power and water....This is a NON smoking home...One dog under 15lbs,with an additional $500 pet deposit, NO cats.....Rental amount includes Dish satellite package.

Directions: In Orange Beach turn South off of Hwy 180,turn left/east onto Marina Rd., Take the 1st right onto Jubilee Point Rd., Turn right onto Moses Rd., Take the 2nd right onto Hideaway St.

Upon approval of your application, a security deposit must be received in order to secure the property. This holding deposit will secure the property for no longer than 30 days. If a signed lease is not executed with a start date within the 30 days, the holding deposit will be forfeited.
Once the lease is signed, the holding deposit becomes the security deposit for the home.
