"I am disabled, single, empty-nester, 2 grown sons in Atlanta and Nashville. My best friend of 20 years lives 1.5 MI away. worked at State Farm 20 yrs, have insured these homes many times, and I have always wanted to live here! it feels like "I'm home!" when I enter the property. it would be my greatest honor and delight to be a resident in this neighborhood. I need a one bedroom apt, and was surprised to learn that 2 Beds are available. Huntsville is my home since 1993. This is where I plan to spend my retirement days! Hope we can find an apt for me! Thank you!"

"We have neighborhood garage sales. We have a very active neighborhood watch program. In the spring the neighborhood has a picnic in Logan Park. There is a neighborhood pool that can be joined. A very nice playground, disc golf course, soccer, basketball, and baseball fields. We also have several restaurants and stores in walking distance. Is is a great place to raise kids or grow old. "

"I don’t take public transport but I do know there are a few bus stops close by our area. It’s easy to cycle to things and it’s not too much of a drive to get to downtown or really anywhere else. Uber is still relatively expansive though for the area. "

"Everyone has a dog and usually walk it regularly. plenty of shade, but lots of hills so older dogs with bad hips or arthritis might not enjoy their walk as much"

"It’s not a massive Scott. I grew up in Cali so I was dealing with way more people and huge freeways and overcrowding everywhere. Huntsville is a cute city. The weather is lovely. I like how it rains and storms a lot. It’s more quiet than large cities and the skies aren’t smoggy. Less crime as well. No gang activity. The style of homes is beautiful. I love the southern charm."
