5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSeems to be a lot of teacher/coach turnover which is an indication of poor administration. The principals seem like they just don’t want to “be bothered”. That is why they get paid the big bucks!! Put your kids in a private school if one is available!!Parent Review5y ago - Wills Valley Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a current student at FPMS, and as a 7th grader, this school could use major improvements. When the school called my parents about my grades dropping compared to last year, they were advised to bring me into the counselors office, but never did. Both the principal, and one of the teachers was outside at the car rider line and didn't notice or get involved in a full on fist-fight until they were told to by another student. Even when asked to by a student, the staff has done nothing at all to help with the harassment and bullying at this school. Staff will pick obvious favorites who they will tolerate much more behavior with and will listen to in class, usually due to the student's parents or family. Mentally disabled children are often scolded in class or told they just "aren't trying enough." Most of the food served at the school lunches are nearly inedible, with several students throwing up or feeling sick to their stomach after eating, and soups such as chilli or gumbo often have hair in them. Certain teachers also ridicule students in front of the class. Classes start at 7:45 and school ends at 3:00. The school is infested with cockroaches, with kids often having to kill them theirselves due to teachers not wanting to be involved. As a current 7th grader, I would not recommend this school if you have other options.Student Review11mo ago - Check out schools near 451 Baker Rd.

"My commute is very easy and only takes 5 minutes. However the Main Street can get busy during the day. One good thing is there are three interstate exits; south end, middle of town and north end so you can always jump on that to get somewhere else quicker. The only con is the downtown roads are in need of repair. They are bumpy."
