Description

Look no further this house has everything you want - great location and an abundance of space. The house is 2286 sq ft but lives much larger. The master suite offers privacy or the option to use the space as a home office with a separate entrance (picture5 shows sitting area and door to the bedroom) A bonus sunroom with central air/heat right off the kitchen (and fully visible from the kitchen) would make a great playroom or gameroom for kids( picture shows it being used as home office). Two of the large bedrooms have connected bathrooms. Large open floor plan for living room/dining room gives you the flexibility to customize the space. A large covered carport will be a great place to host pre-parade crawfish boils or a great kids birthday party. The storage room in the carport features a bonus refrigerator for extra food and drinks. The private backyard is FULLY FENCED so you can bring your pets. Current renter departs at the end of January. Owners intend to paint inside and outside the house to make it ready for you. Owners work closely with renters to make the rental experience easy including keeping a home warranty on the house for problem-free repairs.

Renovations did not include updates to the bathrooms so still maintains lots of Fairhope charm. Large house at a great price close to the hospital.

House is available to show now by appointment. Open House on Saturday and Sunday, January 22 and 23, 2022. Will also post new pics - lots more natural light than depicted

Call Stephanie Francis for questions and to see this great property. Pictures do not capture the great rennovations and the openness of this house. House is not furnished and lease is 12 months (will consider less under special circumstances).

Non-refundable pet deposit of $300 payable annually. Owner willing to work with renters on deposits.

"Fairhope is a truly beautiful place to live. It’s so green and blue and PRETTY! I love that there’s nice variety of homes and people to get to know. My best friend lives right next door — my husband and I are so lucky to have met her husband and her! There’s always something fun and interesting going on here which either the town or the neighbors have organized, too. Lots of celebrating, of every holiday, all year long. Great flowers on all the corners downtown, too. Thank you, Fairhope!"

"I have been here on Cottage drive for 1 year now and have to say it is by far the cleanest best kept neighborhood in Fairhope. The Neighbors are cordial and since the street dead ends traffic is light. The HOA fees are reasonable at 55 per month and that covers everything from lawn maintenance to watering to street lamps. A great place to live!!"
