Caldwell Crossings- a sought after neighborhood in a cul de sac with a BONUS ROOM. This beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom main level living home has been well loved by two generations of the same family for 20 years. Built in 2003, this open concept home features engineered hardwoods in the kitchen, dining room, and living area with soaring ceilings, gas logs and built in bookcases in the family/living room. Each room has been freshly painted in a neutral “agreeable gray” by Sherwin Williams. Kitchen and laundry room cabinets have been updated with new paint and hardware. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a chef inspiring gas range. The laundry room has beautiful new vinyl tile and opens to the two car garage. The master bedroom has double tray ceilings. The master bath offers a double vanity, garden tub, stand up shower with a seat, hand sprayer and gleaming tile and grout, a walk in closet with wire shelving, a water closet, and a linen closet for maximum storage space. Located on the other side of the home are the two additional bedrooms and bath, both with walk in closets and one bedroom boasting vaulted ceilings and lots of morning sunlight. The upstairs BONUS ROOM provides maximum space for an office, a craft/playroom, additional space to watch TV, or extra climate controlled storage. The original A/C is electric with gas furnace and gas water heater. The A/C and gas logs were recently serviced. A new roof was placed in 2018. The large backyard is fenced and flat with a gas line ready for your barbecue grill. The neighborhood is conveniently located near the Summit and between I-65, I-459 and Hwy 280. It is one mile from Publix and Walgreens. For more information or to schedule a showing, email me at Laura@legalnurseinc.com or text 205-529-0588

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had 2 children attend this school. One of them came into the school very far behind and speaking very little English. The administration and teachers did an outstanding job helping our child adjust, learn the language, and try to help him catch up in all subjects. We were very impressed with this school!Parent Review2y ago - Spain Park High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRocky Ridge is an excellent school. I have 1 child there now and another who has gone on to Berry Middle School. My child who is now at Berry was thoroughly prepared for middle school. She has had a smooth transition, thanks to the excellent teachers at Rocky Ridge. Both my kids are totally different so I can honestly say I've experienced both case scenarios. My child who needs extra attention academically, gets it. My child who catches on easier, was challenged. I couldn't be happier with Rocky Ridge. The teachers are truly awesome and care about the children. Also love that they introduce and encourage technology.Parent Review9y ago - Check out schools near 3790 Crossings Crst.

"The first time I drove to this neighborhood, I was a little worried until I was actually in the neighborhood. The outskirts don’t seem the best, but this area is so cute. All of our neighbors are friendly and everyone keeps their houses/landscaping up to par. A lot of families live here, and everyone seems to have a dog (which I adore). It’s fairly calm. I always feel safe. We’re so close to downtown; Restaurants, stores and shops are endless and easily accessible. My biggest and only complaint would be the roads. They need some major TLC, but if you’ve ever lived in Birmingham, you’d probably already expect that. Commuting to work in Vestavia normally takes between 16-22 minutes. Not terrible at all. Overall, can’t recommend this area enough!!"
