We love Vestavia so much that we still call it home in 2023 Our children graduated with honors from Auburn University many years ago and have located out of Alabama in areas with greater opportunity. "An affluent suburb very close to downtown that has several grocery stores including Publix and Walmart neighborhood. The schools are rated best in the state. The surrounding suburbs are also very affluent. It’s only minutes to several upscale malls. There are many restaurants ranging from fast food to former. There is an AMC theatre. The city is spending sixty million dollars on a huge public park with pools and tennis."

"I am ok with the Vestavia Hills community guidelines. We currently live in a master planned community in the Houston Tx area known as The Woodlands. Full of nature and walking/biking trails, restaurants,shopping, multi family houses, home values in excess of $10 MM down to $250K. It is wooded community of 120k residents with strict commercial space signage heights that can not sit any higher than 10ft, must be hidden by natural landscape. No existing trees can be removed from any residential property without the pre approval of The Woodlands Township"

"Easy to get anywhere via I-65, Hwy 31, or Hwy 280. The traffic is never too bad and usually moves along fairly quickly. Very convenient to all parts of town."
