2 story cabin, being sold as is. I bought in 05 and lived in it full time until 2017, due to needing to be closer to anchorage. It has a well and electric, septic system is a 3000 gallon storage tank. Usually only needs pumped once a year and that was with 3 people living there.
It is definitely a work in process but it has a good structure and lends very well to remodeling. Survived both earthquakes of 2016 and 18 without any issues. The half acre lot was initially filled with a very large amount of heavy fill- I was told about 40 dump trucks worth- it has very good drainage and ready to be landscaped into a finished property.
Looking for cash offers, may be willing to do owner finance with a decent down payment. Price is negotiable as I would like to see someone take advantage of something I just don’t have the time for right now. I really loved living there, but now it’s time for someone else to enjoy it!

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery homophobic and transphobic. The school claims that they are supportive of LGBTQIA+ members, yet they do nothing when a child is being bullied. However the choir teacher, science teachers, and gym teachers are amazing. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had 4 children in Butte elementary over the last 5 years and still have 3 in there now and I love everything they do for my childrens hardships in reading and math. They give them extra help with the areas they need. I moved here because the school in my home town never made sure kids had what they needed to function in the grades ahead just shuffled them through. My son had problems in math and was given extra help and now 4 years later excels in math. I have 1 more child yet to go to school and will be putting her in Butte Elementary with the rest.Parent Review12y ago
