Completely remodeled! 2 RV & toy parking, BIG deck for entertainment or grilling. New fresh lawn. Close to schools, parks, shopping, JBER, UMED and more. This is a very desirable neighborhood so this one won't last long! Potential 4th bedroom down stairs. Come see and make an offer!To who it may concern 3856 Apollo had a few frozen water pipe and from the water leak there was some mold growth down stairs on the surface of the drywall. There was very little mold on the back side sheet rock. But we removed all the sheet rock, vapored barrier and insulation. We pull a permit for the demo and the city of anchorage came out and inspected it before we put it back together. "Seller Email On Previous history" Addressing the water leak that was in the master closet when the trim was going in the pipe was hit with the trim brad. I pull up all the floor that was wet and took my moisture meter and cut out all the sheet rock that was wet. I then when around and pull all the trim down to check to make sure it did not happen any where else.

Honors, AP...you name it. They even offer Mandarin as a language. Barltett has prepared our Junior well enough to have scored almost 2200 on his fist attempt at the SATs! 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has challenging behaviors such as play games on his chromebooks in classes, , but teachers are really wanting to help him, such as replying to my emails, pointing the works he needs to do . inform me his behaviors, giving us suggestions, or even give him extra credit if he does anything extra. School is located in very safe area with Fire station near by, police cars stand by etc. During this pandemic, my sons classes are open, so he has social interactions with other kids etc.One thing do bother me is that he can play online games on school issued chromebook, but I do not believe Begich can do anything.Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 3856 Apollo Dr.

"We have lived in this neighborhood for 39 years! We raised our four children here and three of our grandchildren were raised a mile from us. It is still a safe neighborhood but one has to be aware of moose and black bears that roam the streets."

"Lived here for 13 years and love that the Chugach forest backs up to my neighborhood. I see moose, bear, wolves, lynx, porcupine, bald eagles and more on a regular basis when on walks with my dog. "

"Moved to Ambler Circle in 2008. It's a wonderful cup-de-sac neighborhood that's just off the beaten path. Close to shopping and Kaladi, close to elementary school (Scenic View), and very friendly and quiet."

"I live here and have enjoyed a close neighborhood, mixed ages, families with children, singles and retired. I have never had the least concern regarding safety, know my neighbors and socialize with them. People watch out for each other, visit. Focus on gardens and taking care of yards, homes. Great place to live!"

"I live here. This is a great neighborhood. I live on a cul-de-sac, so traffic is limited (which is great), but in general traffic if fairly slow. It is a short drive to nearly everything in town. There is a big park across the street, great for walking dogs and seeing the occasional moose. It has a big field for frisbee playing or picnics. The neighborhood is a short 5 minutes to the Far North Bicentennial Park with its miles of trails. It a quiet, mellow, established neighborhood. "
