Susitna and Mt. Spurr and the Alaska Range across the water. Some of the finest dining in the city - both casual and formal - borders the area. Many community events are only a few blocks away. Bootlegger living allows one to be both "in" the city, while also on the very edge of civilization with some of the most amazing views around. "
