KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY ENHANCES eEDGE PLATFORM WITH MARKET LEADER TOOLS FROM TRULIA

SAN FRANCISCO, October 8, 2014 – Keller Williams, the largest real estate franchise in North America, worked with Trulia (NYSE:TRLA), a leading online marketplace for home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals, to enhance its popular eEdge platform. Keller Williams’ eEdge provides agents with a complete lead-to-close business solution, including lead management, contact management, a marketing library, and a paperless transaction system. The revamped offering provides Keller Williams associates with Market Leader software from Trulia including enhanced client management tools, an updated agent website template, and new options for ramping up marketing efforts.

“The eEdge platform is core to how we provide our associates with the right tools to drive productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction,” said Cary Sylvester, Vice President of Technology Innovation and Communication for Keller Williams Realty International. “We expect that by using the updated tools our associates will be able to secure more clients and close more transactions. This program is a prime example of our commitment to delivering market-leading technology to our associates. Market Leader tools from Trulia are an important part of that effort.”

”We’re focused on being the best technology partner for the real estate industry,” said Dan Hang, Vice President of Business Products at Trulia. “One way we do this is by developing software and services that help agents more effectively manage their busy schedules so they can focus on serving their clients and finding new ones. Ultimately, it’s great to see our partners succeed while using our products.”

The Updated eEdge Platform from Keller Williams

Keller Williams associates now have access to a completely revamped KW website template. Trulia user experience experts worked with Keller Williams to build a new website template that both generates high quality, exclusive leads from local buyers and has a fresh, modern look and feel. This helps agents keep their sites up-to-date and easy to use. Agents can also use these sites to bring their own personal brand to life and stand out from the competition.

Keller Williams associates have access to new designs and content for two marketing campaigns, one for buyers and one for sellers. The campaigns were developed in partnership with Trulia’s content marketing team, and provide opportunities for agents to engage with prospective clients with relevant, high-performing content.

A new property blast tool is included with eEdge and provides a seamless way for KW associates to send tailored, professional emails to promote their listings. This was previously available only for agents who were paying for a premium service offering, and demonstrates some of the expanded value that eEdge provides.

Agents will also have access to fully customizable consumer marketing campaigns. Associates use this tool to create targeted campaigns for prospective clients. They have the option to execute the campaigns digitally via email or can use automated printing for offline marketing efforts.

Since the system launched in 2011, eEdge has been recognized by Inman News with an Inman Innovator award, and is available to more than 100,000 Keller Williams agents. The platform contributed some of the tools that KW associates have used to drive impressive results over the years. In 2013, Keller Williams associates increased closed transactions by 20 percent, closed volume by 30 percent, and commissions earned by 30 percent.
