Trulia is one of the first online real estate companies to combine transit maps and rental listings to create an interactive product.
Rent Near Transit is a search filter that helps consumers find available rentals near rapid transit stations, making it easier for them to get from home to transit, so they can quickly access their points of interest. Renters can use Rent Near Transit to filter for properties located within a 15-minute walk of the transit stations they care about.

As a result, Rent Near Transit eliminates the need for renters to toggle between Trulia Rentals and their favorite maps platform to find their next home.
The feature is available on Trulia for desktop and mobile Web, for the Bay Area Rapid Transit, the Boston ‘T,’ the Chicago ‘L,’ the New York Subway, the Philadelphia SEPTA, and the Washington, D.C. Metro.
