"Lived here less than a year. Gun shots. Homeless people trying to settle in the back yard. Not family oriented. The police are here quite frequently. Not a good neighborhood especially if you have children."

"Moved in about a month ago, neighbors are extremely friendly. Quiet for the most part, huge plus. Close to the freeway, and the local 206 bus Stops right out front."

"This is a low income neighborhood with a lot of crime. The people who live here treat the area like the slum it is and have little to no care for their neighbors. "

"I have lived here for 3.5 years, and the neighborhood has gone severely downhill. There's crime, gangs, drugs. I mean someone even stole my patio chair for crying out loud. If you have a choice, don't come here!"
