"Easy access to main highways, like 45, I35, Mopac, 183, 1431 and Parmer. To get into Austin you do need to take the mopac toll road or a 19 min detour. "

"I’ve been renting for 7 months and I really like the many parks around the neighborhood. We didn’t have very many trick or treaters but I did decorate the yard. Only a few other houses decorated on our block...it was a little disappointing."

"The people here are so friendly and there’s a great sense of community. Also, there are tons of things to do outside, such as swimming in the 4 BCMud community pools, visiting the amazing parks in the area, or walking on the trail. Also, the schools are great. "

"Beautiful wildlife despite being in a somewhat densely populated area. I often see 5-10 deer every morning on my drive to work. Our neighborhood and the schools have many wonderful families of different ethnic backgrounds, religions, etc. I love that my children are growing up in such a lovely, safe and diverse place."

"We have moved into Brushy Creek in 2011, coming from out of state. This has been such a wonderful place for us since we were looking to join a community of active families and friendly neighbors. You shouldn't hesitate for a moment to look at homes in this area, you won't be disappointed! The amenities, parks, shopping, access to highways and attractions make this a perfectly positioned area for anyone."
