    "the park is rally neat; the location is convenient to shopping, gym, restaurants. the traffic isn't too bad. there is an Amazon locker nearby. getting to I-35, mopac and toll roads is fairly quick and eaay"

    "I've lived in the general area for quite a while (forest creek) and recently moved to this area to have closer access to 35/downtown/etc. I was iffy at first about the area but it's really been cleaning up over the short years and I'm seeing a lot of nice development, amenities, landscaping, etc. I'm putting a lot of work into my home and community and hope to see it continue to prosper."
