"I really don’t know all the communities events. I’m normally working. But I do hear people outside playing music, children playing and my grandson is playing with them at times, he also rides his car outside. I really like the community that I live in."

"People complain about barking so it’s up to the owners to train their dog to not be annoying also you must pick up after your dogs even if they have a yard and neighbors don’t like when you allow your dogs on their property there have been pet owners who don’t clean up after their Dogs and that’s a problem for me."

"It’s a very nice residential area. Mostly everyone is nice, but people can be a little nosy. The area is getting pricier to live in unfortunately. Otherwise it is great, they are adding new things to do almost every day while also keeping the neighborhood clean and quiet as it has all ways been. "

"Charming single family homes, tree lined streets, friendly neighbors, easy commute, and a number of great restaurants, shops, parks and transportation in walking distance. This neighborhood is really the "best of both worlds" in terms of getting some breathing room without giving up the convenience that you might enjoy in denser boroughs."
