"Well, the fact that I wish I could move from New York is not the greatest endorsement vet. This is the only neighborhood I would live here. What are the reasons I do not move? I could not afford to leave and move back. Period. But if you want to live in Manhattan and you want to be near the subway and you want to feel like you’re not living in New York City, then definitely move here because eventually everyone is going to want to leave New York City for a short period or long duration or forever. At least you have the park."

"There are no community events I can mention that would make the neighborhood special. Thank you very much. "

"Easy and fast if trains are on time. Easy access to trains & buses. Limited Bus lines are a nice option besides the subway"

"Outside of the drugs, loitering, limited healthy food options, gentrification, trash on the streets and no parking the pizza is incredible "

"Harlem has become very diverse community. Typically people that mind their business will be fine. Public transportation is phenomenal, there’s no shortage of super markets, farmers markets or bodegas. There’s a good option of schools to choose from and there are so many parks"
