"i live here and i don't really have a commute since i can walk pretty anywhere except for groceries. this really the beach bod the place and you should consider it for what it is: tourists, events, traffic. if you like that vibe this is great ! "

"beach front very touristic many visitors at spring break but the beach is unbeatable. i would hope they'd move out those very noisy bars that play loud music all night"
