"It is not safe to walk your dogs here, reckless driving occurs daily, law enforcement is almost non existent and most of our officers were fired from other departments or scored low on police exams"

"Bus stops are frequent and have a decent amount of kids so no kid really is ever alone. Nothing weird ever really happens other than occasional usual expectation of a drunk gut in a bush"

"The area is quiet plus within 30 minutes or less there are all the shopping you need plus the large Farmington Mall. If anyone enjoys relaxing at home in a country setting this is the area. New Schools going up that are a 5 minute drive is also a plus. "

"Terryville/Plymouth as a town does not offer much to young families. There is no parks & rec service, limited businesses and almost no restaurants or nightlife. There is no theater and very few cultural events. Teh town is also predominantly white, and the older locals are somewhat notorious for unnecessary prejudging of newcomers to town, it can take a long while for your neighbors to speak with you. I would suggest spending a lot of time in town before you purchase here to see if the town is a good fit."

"Nice stable community of 22 units. Great Association Bd of Directors who really know their stuff. Lawn care and drive snow cleanup are top notch. Great management company."
