Otay Ranch is a suburban neighborhood in the South Bay city of Chula Vista, 20 miles from downtown San Diego.
It’s divided into more than ten subdivisions, some of which lie just a few miles from the Mexican border.

Otay Ranch’s attached and detached homes are uniformly built in Spanish Villa and Mediterranean styles.

The Otay Ranch Town Center is a large outdoor mall with retail stores and chain restaurants.
All Seasons Park is the largest public park in the neighborhood, with sports fields, hiking trails, and a playground.
Wolf Canyon Park is a smaller, private park that’s just for Otay Ranch residents.
