I have 4 kids in this district, 2 with special needs. They have been wonderful in meeting and challenging each child where they are. My over achievers get placed in higher level math classes or extensions, my struggling readers get personalized reading help. I will say it definitely pushes parental involvement and early intervention which I appreciate. They have never waited to long to make changes when needed and communication is fantastic! All of the teachers have been amazing, loving and welcoming! My only complaints if you will, is that it can be hard in younger years for kids to make lasting friends since they will only get one to two repeat kids from year to year in their class. So if their best friend is on the other side of the school they won’t see each other until maybe middle school in a lot of cases. Also as a parent I don’t love the 5 schools having different schedules/locations/switching buildings every couple years. Can be really challenging coordinating drop off/pick up, bussing, and just each building’s communications, events, and days off. So if you have a big family it can be at times an overwhelming amount of information to manage.

My daughter has attended for 4 years now and overall we love this school.
