"It’s nice and quiet. Some neighborhoods are better than others but over all it’s a sleepy town. If you’re not in to the whole fast paced packed city "
    • Trulia User
"Easy access to downtown Pensacola and Perdido Key. Close to NAS Pensacola and the scenic beauty of Navy Pointe Park. Older style homes that are similar to East Hill line the Bayou Grande. Great place to live if you like the water. "
    • Trulia User
"The park that surrounds the neighborhood by sidewalk is a really nice area. I see children/adults biking along the path, walking their dogs & even rollerblading. "
    • Courtneycarroll51
"Sometimes they have a nice block party at the park for the kids to have a good time. Wish they did more in the beach heaven area "
    • Naterussell35
"People walk dogs a lot but most don’t pick up after their pets it’s quiet in most parts of the city but not everywhere "
    • Karen L.
"It is close to several beaches, hiking trails, and shopping. It has small town charm with bigger city amenities. "
    • Syrus W.
"There are bad groups everywhere you go. just make yourself aware of them and what your child is doing when you're not with them."
    • Tanya W.
"Packed with schools and churches, this are is great for those who want to be left alone, live quietly and humbly and Navy people transitioning through. "
    • Simplychanel88
"Bad area, low rent but terrible place. Burglars are walking the streets all day scoping a new house to rob! My friend lived there and his place was about to be robbed, but his dog scared the burglars away. Also I've heard they robbed the new next door occupant, twice! Took everything. I will not stop until I let everybody know about this bad area. Believe me, the low rent is NOT worth it!"
