"Concord is a country feeling neighborhood. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. All in all I canโ€™t think of a better place to be!"
  • Edoles
"Itโ€™s an easy, safe drive out of the development. No traffic or congestion. Streets are clear. Cars do tend to go slow. "
  • Laquetta
"Over 22 minutes one way. Much longer in bad weather or when there are accidents. All highway. Nothing much else to say about my commute."
  • Dpolasko
"I have lived here for five years and enjoy the atmosphere very much... neighbors are friendly however not a lot of social activity unless you join the Quail Hollow country club"
  • Madelineabilay
"Not terrible. I drive 25 minutes or so to work everyday and itโ€™s not that bad even with everything theyโ€™re building around here. "
  • Randal
"Quiet, beautiful, great neighbors. Beautiful setting. Pond in the front, woods in the back. Been very happy here for 23 years. "
  • Stephen N.
"Do your homework when researching listings. The Concord/ Chardon area is fantastic...the area uses three different postal addresses, as it does not have its own post office. Portions of Concord have Painesville mailing addresses, and many realty sites display community stats based on the mailing address...big difference in quality of life, crime, amenities, median income, etc..."
  • Epirc14
"Strubridge is a great neighborhood to live in. Everyone takes pride in their homes and the neighbors are all very friendly. "
  • Dmiocic
"I live in this are, and the neighbors a very friendly and everyone takes pride in landscaping and helping out the community."
  • Steve G.
"The post referencing a prostitution bust was out of line - poster must have some strange kind of axe to grind. I lived in Painesville for years and consider it a very safe and attractive place to live. Like most towns, there are neighborhoods that struggle economically, but it is very unfair to describe the entire town as crime-ridden. In any case, the street identified in the news story is five miles away from the area for this listing."
