"Great location near lake and very close to town of Rogers and medical services. We have good neighbors, a great coffee shop in Prairie Creek with a few nice places to eat. "

"We have lived here for 25 years and we still aren't the old-timers among our neighbors. Don't get me wrong, house have sold and some new neighbors have arrived, but this is a very stable neighborhood. "

"I’m pretty new to the area so I’m not able to speak about neighborhood events. The local coffee shop had a really nice art exhibit in conjunction with Rogers’ Art on the Bricks. "
