"I work in Sunapee, live in Newport. The area is nice, clean, quiet, peaceful, great place to live, work and raise a family. Retirees may want to spend the winters in the south, as this area is a winter wonderland with many activities for people who are into winter sports."

"I have relatives that live here and I own property that a relative maintains and lives in. Taxs have never gone down. You can buy a trash house for $35,00 (after being on the market for 2 yrs) and be taxed at $130,000 because they say that's what its worth even though no one would pay that much. Who are they to so over price the property in this little town? "
