"16 miles with only 1 traffic light and almost no traffic - It doesn’t get much better than that!"
  • Keith Ward
"This is a very well maintained safe neighborhood. It’s a great place for young families as well as empty nesters."
  • Johnothan R.
"Drive to Fredericksburg VRE, then VRE to DC Long but relaxing on the train. Lots of deer, so be careful."
  • Kelly s.
"We love the area and the neighborhood. The community is a safe area to live and raise your family. "
  • Eedge01
"exeptional family environment that is equally pleasing to retirees and singles; plenty to do and see; every weekend has a nearby festival: arts, crafts, equestrian, antigues, dining; short drive to D.C. is way less than 2 hours, but why go to D.C?! the University of VA is 25 minutes away in down-town Charlottesville; lots of BIG name events, concerts, and sports at John Paul Jones Arena - plus richond is only 1 short easy hour away too, so hard to beat the overall central location. Great schools, shopping, etc. Bottomline: We are pretty proud of our community and enjoy it immensely. "
