      "This is a sweet Mayberry type neighborhood. The neighbors are very nice and everyone looks out for one another with out being invasive. Some of the houses in the area have been let go, but are slowly being improved. Our side of the street is very nice and well maintained. The town which is a block away is nice to walk and everyone is very pleasant. Business is picking up and they have monthly fairs for the community to get together. Churches are within walking distance and all very nice."
