Land: This property has 1/4 mile road frontage along Waymire Road as well as 1/4 mile frontage on bean patch loop road. This land is mostly level but has elevated hill top on the south boundary with spectacular views of Cavanal, Sugar loaf and Poteau Mountains as well as view of the Talimena Drive. The stock pond is good for fishing and providing water for your livestock. The land is improved pasture land and has been used for cattle grazing and hay meadows for many years by the same family. The are multiple home sites on this property accessed by the Waymire Road or Bean Patch Loop road which are both paved roads. It location makes this a very desireable property. My kids came in late in the year last year (2013), and was not quite up to speed of where they were in there assignments. They would ask for help and would not get any. My two oldest were flanking right off the bat. Until parent teacher conferences and a lot of meetings with the principal. So, hopefully this year will be better or I'll be back in that office again and again, until something gets done appropriately. Plus, they need to add more sports for girls, like soccer and/or volleyball. Track and basketball is not a good range for girls. Then they go find other things to do like, let's see, go hide around buildings and make out with boys or go to the gym and I don't have to go any further on that one. So, you might want to think about it. I'd go for soccer. But, that's just me. One voice!!!!!!
