"I work in SLC so the commute is long. But worth the drive to come back with no traffic, small community. "
    • Dombrowski445
"I usually walked everywhere. It’s a fairly safe area and you can get from one side of town to the other within an hour’s walk."
    • Shanara.yamin
"Everyone minds their own business and doesn’t talk to each other, which is nice. The corner store is great"
    • Boynebound
"Be mindful of alcohol and make sure your kids are involved in school activities. Lots of recreational opportunities in town. "
    • Boynebound
"Friendly people watch out for each other. Small town vibe. Great leaping off point for outdoor adventures "

    • Verna I.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 8 years and raised a child here. It is a clean, safe place where the kids can play outside and ride their bikes safely. Many neighbors are long time residents so there is a sense of community. The elementary school is just in the center of the neighborhood with a beautiful park adjacent. Downtown restaurants and business are just a short walk. It is cute place."
    • Bob M.
"I love the park downtown where the river runs through; that's less than 2 miles from the home. Good shopping, restaurants and bars are also within 2 miles. Taxes and insurance are lower than average in this area which helps make it affordable to live here and enjoy the things around. "
    • Verna I.
"This is not a bad area at all for the price. Safety is high on my list and in this neighborhood you can safely walk at night, people seem to live fairly quiet lives. It is walking distance from most stores and restaurants and a tavern or two I think. Almost all the shopping is here - gift shops, the entire array. WalMart is within walking distance. There are alleys behind the houses so many people can park in back or have back access and trash is picked up in the alleys which is nice.Right near the library and city and county buildings too."
    • Bob M.
      "Quiet, safe neighborhood. "
