Named after two valleys created by Mesquite and Bear Creek, Twin Valley Ranch is a unique combo ranch containing the majority of the southern and western boundary of Lake Olney, as well as the beginning of Lake Cooper. "Small rural town. You will be mostly dependent on a car here although the grocery store is within biking or walking distance depending on what part of town you live in. The library is nice for a town of this size."
