About this House

LIFE IS FULL OF SURPRISES.
We had planned to retire in this home near our kids and grandkids. As soon as we were done building, they broke the news that they will be moving across the country and we are selling this new construction home
2 Bed / 2 bath. 3.3 acres. 200’ of lake front, on a bluff 15’ above lake level. Sandy beach to enjoy picnics with great views of the lake! Garage could easily be converted to a large rec room and another bedroom easily, if needed. We cleared large portion of the lot to accommodate campers, boats or even building another home or small cabin for rental opportunity.
No HOA, difficult to find a lakefront property that is not part of an HOA. We have a dock permit. WRPRCO may not issue a license to the new owner, however rules change every year!!
Bedroom – 12’ x 15’. Vaulted ceiling with large windows overlooking the lake. Vinyl Plank flooring and barn door leading to the HUGE master closet give this modern house a touch of rustic too. A full-length mirror in the master closet and a large main floor laundry in between the closet and bathroom with additional area for storage, etc.
Main floor bath features a double sink, and a stainless steel 8 jet shower panel in the walk-in shower.
Kitchen utilizes premium custom-made cabinets that includes heavy duty drawers on each of the bottom cabinets. The farm sink and blue island cabinet gives a little accent to the rest of the white cabinets and light granite counter tops. The built-in oven and microwave are at the perfect height. The stove top is located on the island that easily seats 3. There is also a built-in spice rack in the island. Under counter. We also had outlets installed above the cabinets for decorations for any season.
The lower level features a 2nd bedroom and full bath/tub. The bedroom is 9’ x 11’ with a large closet.
The utility/storage room off the garage is heated and is 8’ x 19’. Additional storage under the stairs.
The entrance includes a large closet/storage area. There is a place for a bench to hang more coats and for shoe storage.

The school used to be a great school, for the most part. I, along with many, many others will now have to disagree its anywhere near as nice as it used to be. Mainly with the new principal there. She ignores parents with children who have an IEP request to change teachers if the parent feels it isn't the best fit. I've been told she ignores parents on several other things as well and even students will say they dont like her as she is "mean" She even went out of her way to message staff that they are no longer to respond to me as I went above her head trying to get a better teacher for my son. She called me yelling at me that I better stop going to other district members trying to switch my child's teacher. If you can, homeschool or choose a different school as long as this current principal is Humkes principal.
